Clinic Information

Arrival Time

Please allow sufficient time before your appointment to register and, if required, fill out the consultation form. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but it will result in a reduction of treatment time or the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Booking & Cancelations

Bookings can be made in-Clinic, online, by telephone or email and we require credit card details to secure the booking. If you need to change or cancel the appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Health Conditions

When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. On the day of your treatment, our Clinic team will ask you to complete a consultation form to ensure we are providing you the very best service and results, whilst ensuring your comfort and safety. Please note that for certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed with treatment.

Please inform us if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy is that no treatments can be given in the first twelve weeks of pregnancy.

Mobile Phones

We understand the importance of being connected to the outer world but this is your time to relax and connect to your inner world so we advise you to refrain from using mobile phones or devices.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the clinic.
They are valid for 12 months or 24 months if you are pregnant, from the day of purchase.
They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for products or cash.

Refunds / Returns Policy

You can exchange or return any products purchased from Apogii within thirty days with proof of purchase. The item must be unopened and in the original and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept any online or third-party purchase refunds.

Treatment Information

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required 24-hours in advance of eyelash and eyebrow tinting; please ask our Clinic team for more information. If six months have lapsed since your last treatment, please be aware that a further patch test will be required prior to your next appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow sufficient time to get changed. A uniform is provided or alternatively you can bring your own swimwear. A locker is provided to safely store your belongings during your treatment. Please ensure you eat beforehand and drink plenty of water; it’s important that you are well nourished and hydrated to experience the full benefits.

IV Therapy

Medical screening with our Clinic nurse will take place in advance of your chosen therapy being administered so please allow enough time before your treatment. You should expect to feel nothing more than a slight scratch during insertion of the needle or infusion and to mitigate any minor discomfort, pre-therapy localised numbing spray is applied.
